Because our products are handcrafted and often personalised, each piece is made especially for you.

That’s why returns or refunds are rare and generally not applicable once an order is processed.

However, if you receive a product that is:

  1. Damaged during transit, or
  2. Incorrect compared to what you ordered

Please inform us within 5 days of delivery by writing to us with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos/videos of the issue

We’ll carefully review the request and, if approved, offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund, as applicable).

Please note:

  1. Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
  2. Requests raised after 5 days of delivery may not be accepted.
